Issue Coaching

Issue Coaching focuses on the achievement of a specific and often short-term objective, such as ensuring a highly effective ‘First 100 Days’ for a new CEO, or supporting a team leader to achieve a business-critical outcome or solution within a defined timescale. This type of coaching can be particularly useful during a business crisis, or in situations where there is an imperative for focused work under conditions of strict confidentiality, such as the successful completion of a merger or takeover.
